This exciting Gap Year Course starts in July 2014 and will be tutored by our expert chefs and academic team who have many years of experience. We look to welcome students with loads of energy and a positive attitude to be a part of our 15 Month Advanced Food and Wine Diploma Course. We will develop your unique individual talent, culinary and baking skills. Applicants with an interest for global food preparation, culinary arts, hospitality, pastry, desserts and baking will enjoy this challenging gap year curriculum. The course is an ideal blend of academic and theoretical studies as well as lots of practical training. Our diploma is internationally accredited which will help you to secure quality employment opportunities in restaurants, hotels and hospitality.
