ISOTHERM™ offers series resistance (longline) heating cable for many applications. Series Resistance Heating Cable is designed into particular lengths and load configurations, so they are not as versatile as parallel cables. However, Series Resistance Heating Cable can span moderate distances and provides great overall heating.
ISOTHERM™ is also able to offer custom configurations for those that need more precise specifications on their products. ISOTHERM™ Series Resistance Heating Cable has passed IEC EX, ATEX, and CE for the European market, and EAC for the Russian markets.
ISOTHERM™ Parallel Circuit Heating Cable is a twin-conductor constant wattage heating cable. It is designed for pipe, storage tank and other equipment heat-tracing in industrial applications. It is widely used in carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, painted and unpainted metal pipes. The regular models in markets are 10w/m to 40w/m. You can also customize any wattage heating cable you want.
ISOTHERM™ Parallel Circuit Heating Cable heats up through the heating wires in parallel. It is the parallel construction that allows it to be cut-to-length and terminated in the field. ISOTHERM™ Parallel Circuit Heating Cable has passed IEC EX, ATEX, and CE for the European market, and EAC for the Russian market.
ISOTHERM™ provides self-regulating heating cables that automatically adjust their power output to compensate for temperature changes. ISOTHERM™ self-regulating heating cables consist of two parallel conductors embedded in a heating core made of conductive polymer. The core is radiation-crosslinked to ensure long-term reliability. Heat is generated as electric current passes through the conductive polymer core between the cable’s conductors. As the ambient temperature drops, the number of electrical paths through the core increases and more heat is produced. Conversely, as the temperature rises, the core has fewer electrical paths and less heat is produced.
Isotherm Internationale provides hoses to avoid a drop in fluid temperature during transfers. Prefabricated with sample line and heating system incorporated, is ready to use. No need for any fabrication and fixing, ready to use with required connectors and end connections. Since there is no need for any special tools, it is easy to install. Inbuilt temperature sensor (RTD / Thermocouple / Temperature switch) provided with suitable external connection or precise temperature control.
