The $500,000 Group 1 Futurity Stakes, and $400,000 Group 1 Oakleigh Plate are also held on the Blue Diamond Stakes Day, which now rivals Super Saturday of Racing at Flemington, this is also the most prestigious race days of the Melbourne autumn Racing Carnival.

Moonee Valley hosts two feature racess at Friday night facings in late March, $220,000 Group 2 Alister Clark Stakes, is meeting with $500,000 Group 1 William Reid Stakes.
