Umbrella I.T. Services

Umbrella I.T. Services was established in 2013 and has been providing IT support to businesses in the Greater Vancouver area ever since. Umbrella I.T. Services is an IT support company that offers remote and onsite assistance. Umbrella values honesty, reliability, and understanding in order to create long-lasting connections with their clients. There are a lot of IT firms in the Vancouver area, but what sets us apart is the fact that we've assisted tens of thousands of individuals and businesses.

Before striking out on his own in 2013, Jake spent years fixing computers for his close friends and family. He's always happy to help out, and he has a knack for figuring out how to fix things. He has found that it is most effective to study not only a person's long-term goals but also their daily habits and working style. To better advise his clients on how to take advantage of technology developments, Jake kicks off every project with a discovery meeting to learn as much as possible about them and their business.
