Florida Man Kidnapped By Trinidad Nationals Home Stolen

A non-jury trial has been scheduled for Steven Tyler Carty. Mr. Carty's case gained national attention after the Florida man made accusations that he was kidnapped by Trinidad nationals.

In 2019 Steven Tyler Carty purchased a home using Royalty Title, a Tampa Bay real estate title company. The Florida man alleges that Victoria Strickler (the owner of Royalty Title) conspired with a gang of Trinidad nationals to kidnap and extort his inheritance money.

Steven Tyler Carty alleges that Victoria Strickler along with Christopher Warren, Reegan Jones and several others extorted his inheritance money and defrauded him using Royalty Title as a source for new victims.

Evidence provided to the court by handwriting experts prove that documents were forged to take a mortgage on the Florida man's Safety Harbor home without his knowledge.

LendingHome is the lender that accepted the fraudulent mortgage. LendingHome is not releasing the encumbrance. A suit for triple damages against LendingHome's insurance is expected to be filed.

The accusations Steven Tyler Carty has made against the defendant's in this multi-million dollar real estate fraud case, if convicted, could place the criminals behind bars for decades.

Judge Keith Meyer of the 6th Circuit Court, Group 27 in Pinellas County Florida will be deciding on the matter. The trial is expected to last 2 days.

Real estate fraud cases like this have become an epidemic in the state of Florida. Hopefully this Florida man's case will lay precedent for future real estate fraud cases. And stop theft of American real estate.
