He is the one who influenced the development of anti-crisis banking and finance management. He graduated from Moscow State University of MV Lomonosov in 2005.

Then, he subsequently received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2014. Later in the year 2015, he passed an additional Executive MBA and obtained an MBA degree from Sasin Business School in Bangkok and the Fudan University in Shanghai.
