Mohali: Suffescom Solutions, a Blockchain and AI-powered web and app development company, organized the Blood Donation Camp with the Indian Red Cross Society, Punjab State Branch. It was not just an event but a beacon of hope. The camp emphasized the importance of blood donation. It fostered a strong sense of community and social responsibility among the participants, encouraging a noble slogan of how every drop matters when saving lives.

The date, 13 June 2024, offered a convenient opportunity for many to join in and make a difference. Reputable experts from Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre and the Indian Red Cross Society, Punjab State Branch, attended the camp, showcasing the spirit of service and compassion.

Prominent healthcare professionals present at the camp included Dr. Naveen Bansal and Superintendent Rakesh Kumari. Other staff members, Jaswinder Singh, Aman Dogra, Nipesh, Sandesh Mahajan, and Tanveer Kaur, also attended the event. Meanwhile, social workers- Rishi Saral, Surbhi Gupta, and Neeraj Yadav from The Vishwas Foundation, contributed to making the event a success.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Naveen Bansal said, "Donating blood has umpteen benefits for recipients and donors. One unit donated saves up to three lives by providing crucial support during trauma care, surgeries, cancer treatments, and for patients with chronic illnesses. Giving blood improves cardiovascular health by reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes."

As a token of gratitude, each donor received a certificate of appreciation from the Indian Red Cross Society, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, and refreshments. The event was gloriously completed, and associate organizers were happy to conduct this event.
