4th January 2012 - It is a commonly seen that any organization that works on the effective labor of a group of individuals faces some sort of disparity among its members. The differences in their caste, culture, academic qualification, physical appearance, social status, performance etc. often lead to various kinds of disputes.
Corporate Team Building activities have thus gained tremendous popularity and its main aim is to bridge these differences from among the team members.
It is often said that not all five fingers are same and too many cooks often spoil the broth. These activities often extend for more than a day and gradually become more complex too. Nevertheless, “All’s well that ends well”.
