Currently working as the brand manager, Jovy-Anne Fletcher is responsible for maintaining the Visual Merchandising and presentation standards. She manages VIP customer engagement, thus nurturing existing VIP clientele and generating new business. She provides feedback to owner to strategically improve the customer experience, product and services. She works to manage the inventory in-line with buyers, loss prevention, wage management, UPTs and average $. Jovy manages all online advertising, events, social media, professional associations, and other organizations to generate sales to ensure the sales growth.

While working in Global Accounts and Operations at Sol Sana, Jovy ensured that deadlines were being met and taking corrective action if any issues developed. She ensured that all special customer requirements for labeling, routing, and the like are being met and any special labels are ordered on time and followed through. Checking the credit report on customers and setting the credit limits, Jovy-Anne Fletcher considered it her responsibility to ensure that the inventory is arriving on time into the warehouses by liasing with the production team members and factories, and reporting any key issues and deadlines to the management timeously.

Formerly working at Black Milk Clothing, Jovy worked to provide the best customer and social media services. She maintained a high level of customer support through email and live chat daily. Jovy also implemented and maintained all online dispatch and customer service procedures. Overall, she managed all the digital and social medial platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.

In her free time, she loves to do ice-skating, running, and yoga. She was quite fond of playing representative netball during high school. She played for Sydney west and NSW.

In her earlier professional career, Jovy-Anne Fletcher served as the Production Assistant at Zimmermann. She assisted with organizing samples and showroom set up. She communicated with the design and technical team to ensure fitting comments are being sent on time. Besides, she reviewed samples, size specs and construction of projects. In addition to this, she communicated daily with domestic and overseas suppliers. She allocated all the boutique and major customer orders.
