Core Values Partners provides coaching to guide organizations through the evaluation and improvement processes of the Baldrige National Quality Award and the state-based Alliance for Performance Excellence. Core Values Partners conducts its Baldrige-based coaching based in four key steps:

Awareness: An organization’s senior leadership must first understand the Baldrige Framework and its value to their organization. Senior leadership then commits to a performance excellence journey. The Core Values Partners team has unique skills in engaging senior leaders in that commitment to performance excellence.

Assessment: Core Values Partners will conduct an initial organizational review against the Baldrige Criteria. The results of this assessment and subsequent assessments will help focus the organization’s improvement strategies.

Application: Core Values Partners provides assistance with Baldrige application development, preparing the organization for evaluation at the state or national level. Core Values Partners works with the organization’s top management to use the application process to drive performance excellence results. Clients have found that the application development process helps them identify strengths and opportunities for improvement - even before they submit their application for assessment.

Advancement: Core Values Partner assists their clients in using the feedback report to accelerate improvement efforts. Strengths are reinforced, and opportunities for improvement are prioritized and used as a basis for continuous improvement.
