Now I'm still twice a week I use my Mary Kay mistime considerations and this is just an exfoliator it's veryvery fine honey I'm granules so really really works wellit's not just have like a really strong smell ordidn't hear it he is is great for sensitive skin but it really just getting to it is sofine gets like all nasty little bit any and I just use itwith my skin sonic I'm little cool but the reason I usethis one person's by Clarisonic for exfoliation is because has this little sponge whichis specifically for exfoliating so with the brush in my you could stilluse it but it might be a little bit harsh so I like to use the sponge I was putsome on my face man just very gently for like a minute just can't go aroundcircular motions and doesn't like hurt your skin itdoesn't feel like were a great base you now it's just very very delicate but itreally network sites fully exfoliator into your skin and helps getall that dry skin off because you will have to risk in with the treatment once again the shower make sure if thisis completely dry i hope i my treatment .
