The small community of Scio, Oregon where Czechs originally settled in the valley. The past neighbors of Scio, which made traditional Kolaches, have since passed taking the rich Czech history with them. However; 10-miles southeast to Lebanon, Oregon a population of little more than 18k; now, is enjoying the delicious tasty sweet treats. Additionally, Meals on Wheels, various soup kitchens are donated with same fresh Kolaches.

Today, Mr. Crowe, an accomplished scratch baker has brought back a wide variety of fruit and crème kolaches. Based out of 501 N. Park Street in Lebanon, Oregon leasing a commercial time-share kitchen, until business is such to afford a retail bakery café. The future retail Bakery Café, will transport the guest back to Czech Republic with true ambience themes.

Aside from Traditional Sweet Kolaches, Mr. Crowe mentions there are many additional baked items being added to the menu, for "Baked to Order," savory kolaches, a line of Brioche Products, Apricot & Apple Streusel and Seasonal Cookies, and many more unique European Tasty Treats.
