IC burning verification steps

Importing software, also known as firmware, into the IC is known as IC burning. The products straight from the factory should generally not have been burned, but they should also contain specific codes (certain chips have unique serial numbers, boot parts, etc.). More crucial than IC testing, this is an essential procedure that is often completed by the company that manufactures the finished electrical product.

technological prerequisites

1. Take caution when positioning the IC to prevent harm to both the burning seat and the IC.

2. It is not permitted to install the IC backward. To prevent further damage to the burning seat, the IC that is going to be disassembled must first determine whether there is a tin short circuit on the pin.

3. Personnel responsible for burning must undergo training before assuming their positions and refrain from using any other computer applications while burning.

4. Any undesired occurrence must be disclosed right away to management so that a remedy can be found.

Procedures and techniques:

1. Turn on the computer and the burner after first connecting the burner's data connection and inserting the matching IC base into the burner base.

2. Launch the burning program: Use the mouse to double-click the "GANG-08" symbol (various burning seats require different burning programs).

3. Choose the IC brand: Click the "Device" option to open the IC brand selection table, choose the brand that corresponds to the IC to be burned, then click "OK" once the program launch screen displays;

4. Choose the IC model: The IC model that needs to be burned is the one made by the IC company. After choosing the IC model, press "Run"; Currently, you can choose a jumper from the burning seat by pressing the jumper prompt on the computer, jumping the jumper, and then clicking "OK"; if there isn't a jumper available, you can go straight to the burning interface;

5. Call in the program to be burned: choose "Load File To Programmer Buffer" from the "File" menu, then choose the program to be burned, click "Open," choose "00," and click OK.

Steps for verifying IC burning

1. Before leaving for work each day, place the IC to be burned into the IC burning base. Then, follow the operation instructions to burn the IC and number it.

2. After the IC has burned successfully, place it in additional burning bases with different numbers, choose "VERIFY" from the menu, and hit "RUN" to begin the calibration process. Place the IC in different burning bases for recalibration if "OK" shows in every situation. The burning base is safe if the calibration is accurate.
