Every year since 2018, Latino entrepreneurs, corporates and all others in the workforce or about to enter it are looking forward to this highly impactful event hosted by the exceptional team of L’ATTITUDE. L’ATTITUDE, the brainchild of two exceptional minds, Sol Trujillo and Gary Acosta, aims to bring the ever-growing Latino population in the States the same opportunities as their peers of other cultures enjoy. Their focus is to bring an end to equality, and they do so by sharing information and exposing the minority group to speakers who offer insight, mentorship, an ear willing to listen and interest to invest in these businesses.

What the team does is to bring a wide range of versatile speakers on stage to address attendees on topics of utmost importance. “We take care to bring on politicians and Latino entrepreneurs and businesspeople who can share how they managed to overcome all the challenges they had to face. We also have a range of celebrities who are often very inspiring and really broadens the horizons of our younger audience and then we also have open-minded investors who realize the important role the Latino cohort is playing and how the group drives the New Mainstream Economy forward to the benefit of all,” says Andrea Trujillo, director of brand digital marketing to the brand.

Trujillo then expands on some of their speakers booked for their event taking place in September. The audience can expect to enjoy the presence of Maria Martinez, COO and EVP of Cisco, sharing how she manages to make her mark in a world that is predominantly a man’s world. Also from Cisco is their chairperson and CEO, Chuck Robbins, Nike’s president and CEO, John Donahue and of course as always, Sol Trujillo and Gary Acosta will both take a turn at the mic. From the entertainment side, they have managed to secure the presence of Emilio Estefan, chairperson of Estefan Enterprises and the producer of 19 Grammy Award-winning productions. Also from the entertainment side is Lupita Infante, while on the financial side representatives of the banking industry are Carlos Hernandez, executive chair of investment and corporate banking and Maria S Salinas, the president and CEO of the LA Chamber of Commerce to name only a few.
