L’ATTITUDE’s Annual Conference Events Vital to Establish Financial Growth

The event provides much-needed support to an ever-growing number of Latino businesses in the States

Currently, statistics indicate that the percentage of businesses owned in the United States by Latino business owners tally at around 17 percent. However, this number is rapidly growing, and all indicators show us that this number will increase up to 29 percent by 2050. To provide even greater clarity to this number is that the national economy can expect to gain a cash injection from these Latino-owned businesses of up to $1.4 trillion by then.

“The tendency that we notice in the local workforce is that the Latino communities are strongly presented in the lower-level positions. In fact, for a very long time, it was the case that the roles they fulfilled were positions such as taxi drivers, cleaners, or other low-end employees. It is even still the case that while they make for most of the workforce in many businesses, they remain excluded from management positions. This led to the fact that many Latinos opted to become small business owners. Yet even this road can lead to quite a lot of challenges, and it is why we host our small business conferences,” says Andrea Trujillo, the director of brand digital marketing at L’ATTITUDE.

Since the beginning, the goal of this team was to establish a fair place in society for this group. They would do this by arranging events where Latino business owners gain access to support, guidance, mentorship, and investors. While the market remains much more closed off to the Latino population, there is a large crowd of supporters in the Western world who can appreciate the contribution they make to the national economy. It is this group of open-minded investors who are ready to provide Latino small business owners with the needed financial injections to expand their businesses, to start new ones, and to help this group to become better at something they already deserve mention for in the country, job creation.

Except for being excellent small business owners, this group also brings massive buying power as they are keen to put their wallets back into the local economy. They are one of the largest groups in line for property bond applications and their presence in the local economy is giving the US economy a new and interesting flavor, making it a far more favorable place for outside investors.

“There are many reasons why we opted to support the small business owner and while helping them makes a major difference to the national economy, our first goal is to create the necessary change in their lives,” Trujillo concludes.

About Us
The commitment of our trusted and passionate team at t L’ATTITUDE is always to establish equal and fair opportunities for all Latinos within the American economy. The days when the contribution of Hispanics to the local financial wellbeing could be ignored are long gone. Today this minority group is the largest in the States but even more importantly is despite the massive contribution they make. They are still in a position of massive inequality. Our team is working to correct this situation through education, guidance, and professional meetup that created opportunities for this group to access the support they need.
