Guests will vote for their favorite after each course, leaving one cumulative winner at the end of dinner. The faceoff commences with house-made brioche toasts with Nicolas Feuillatte Brut vs. 2009 Majolini Franciacorta Brut; followed by fresh seared tuna Nicoise salad with 2016 Jolivet Pouilly Fume vs.2016 Terlan Pinot Grigio. Next, enjoy Italian black truffle and foie gras stuffed trangoli with 2016 Latour Marsannay vs.2013 Ceretto Barolo; and lamb neck potato & chive gnocchi with 2013 Quintessence Chateau Pesquie vs. 2012 Camigliano Brunello di Montalcino.
