Paul Panaikas Has Served As A Liaison Between State Leadership And The Resilience Branch

This press release informs the readers that Paul Panaikas has served as a liaison between State Leadership and the Resilience Branch.

 
Paul Panaikas is a dedicated Resilience Coordinator at Joint Force Headquarters. He joined the organization in the year 2006 and since then he has been successfully handling a variety of crucial tasks. He acts as a liaison between the Resilience Branch and the State Leadership to complete the set mission. At Joint Force Headquarters, he is responsible for managing, conducting, and coordinating Resilience Training program for Master Resilience Trainers, Assistants, as well as the soldiers of the Army National Guard.

Paul Panaikas recommends, coordinates, and circulates various policies for the National Guard administration as well as management to entail doctrinal development. He also supervises the funding model to provide travel, pay, and per diem for every soldier taking part in the MRT training. Paul also takes initiatives to excel in the objectives of the organization, thus, outshining requirements.

About Paul Panaikas

Paul Panaikas has been offering exceptional services as Resilience Coordinator. Owing to his great dedication and loyalty towards his work, he has received many awards, including NCO of the year, Commandant’s List, and Army Physical Fitness Badge. He is a graduate in Business Management from Fisher College, and has also received his Associates in Science degree from the same college. Paul is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree from Liberty University. In addition to this, he has completed diplomacy in a number of subjects. These include Human Resources and Account Management from Army Education Center, and an X-Ray Specialist from the Academy of Health Sciences. As Paul always wanted to do something significant for his country and had decided to join Army National Guard services, thus, he completed his Master Resilience Trainer diploma from U Penn/ Army Education Center in October 2010.
