Many people take advantage of the new building styles of the portable building and the modular buildings. These structures can be used for far more purposes than you might have imagined. They are sturdy structures that cost a fraction of what other styles of the same buildings would cost.

Modular buildings are used all of the time as portable classrooms for school districts. When the number of students outgrows the amount of available space in the school, the districts often order the modular buildings to create additional classrooms space. They are fabricated at the factory and then brought to the campus in sections. These sections are easily connected and the classroom is created in a fraction of the time that it would have taken to build the ordinary style. They also cost a fraction of the amount that the other style building costs.

A portable building may be as small as a six foot by eight foot unit that is constructed to store things that the average homeowner is likely to own such as a lawn mower and other garden implements. These buildings can be built as large as a 16’ x 32’ unit and still be delivered to your property as one single piece. Anything over 18’ in width is not possible to move down the highways without special moving permits and the majority of the portable building contractors do not have these.

Some people have the portable building built in two sections which is similar to the way in which the larger modular buildings are manufactured. They are then delivered and connected. These units are used for offices, temporary classrooms and even for homes. They are sturdy and designed in such a way that when the owner is finished with them they can actually call the contractor and have them moved to a new location.

These units are used as dog kennels for people who raise pure bred animals and need a place for them to birth and rear their young. They are often used as places to store the feed needed to rear animals so that it stays dry and fewer rodents have access to it.

Many people have a portable building constructed so that they can run stands where concessions or crafts are sold. The units can have electricity installed in them, and they can have air conditioning installed as well. You can use them for almost any purpose you could imagine.

These structures make great places for you to put items that you only use seasonally. All off your Christmas decorations can be stored in them and then they are not as hard to get to as when they are placed in the attic, and yet they are out of the way and protected.

The modular buildings http://www.spacebuilder.co.uk are used more frequently as school classrooms, temporary office spaces, and church classrooms, while a portable building http://www.spacebuilder.co.uk is better suited to storage, concession stands, and laundry rooms.
