Ok-pop group AB6IX’s member Lim Younger Min has determined to depart the group after DUI controversy. Earlier the final week, it was reported that he was concerned about a drunk driving incident that led to a scandal. His license was revoked, he halted all his actions and even the group’s comeback album was postponed. So as to not hurt the group’s work and actions, he has opted to depart the group.
The group’s company Model New Music launched an official assertion (reported by Soompi) on June eight, 2020:

After thorough dialogue with AB6IX member Lim Younger Min, Lim Younger Min’s departure from AB6IX was determined immediately with respect for his want to not trigger hurt to the group.

We apologize for inflicting concern to many followers with sudden information. As well as, we categorical our deep apologies to the many individuals concerned in these album promotions because of the staff’s state of affairs.

Earlier, Younger Min launched a handwritten letter to apologize for his actions.
