We expect that MDMA therapy will be legalized in 2025 or 2026 and will be seen as a medical treatment. It may therefore be that an MDMA session is not possible for a short period of time (approximately 6 months). Obviously, this is not beneficial for those who need MDMA therapy between the new ban on analogues and the legalization of MDMA. What is beneficial about future legalization is that this care will be partially or fully reimbursed by health insurers.
