Yoga Teacher Training In Rishikesh

Yoga Teacher Training In India. All our activities depend upon the mental modifications and

modulations. Even a common man who is not a practitioner of yoga, can notice these.

As the doctor checks the pulse and heart beats to see whether the patient is alive or not, a

practitioner of yoga essentially listen to the movements of citta to find out whether it is alive

positively or has sunk into negativity.

The doctor diagnoses the physical and physiological disease of the patient, whereas a yoga

sadhaka has to diagnose the disease of the citta- the mind, intelligence and ego also.

Suppose the citta's fluctuations are defectively modified, can these not be considered as

diseases? Have we not noticed mentally deranged patients who do not have right perception? Do we

not sometimes mistake a rope as a snake and get frightened..Visit My Site
