This Press Release is written to inform the readers that Marcello Pompa focused on establishing standard processes as Operations Manager.

Marcello Pompa started his career as Assistant Manager and Senior Customer service at CitiGroup. He led the financial industry service with over 1800 branches nationwide, $30 million daily net profit and little over 9000 employees. His duties included training, supervising, scheduling, data entry, employment verification, company compliance, paperwork logging, processing of unemployment claims, customer complaints and motivating a 5- member team of full time employees.

Formerly serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at PDS Technical Services, Marcello Pompa performed full life cycle recruiting that included sourcing the technical candidates. He checked them for a cleared background in order to support Business Intelligence Systems, Aerospace, Software, Engineering etc.

Apart from this, Marcello was a former Operations Manager at Jani-King where he was responsible for more than 22 accounts on the Boston area with an average of $475k a month. He always focused on establishing standard processes and ways of doing things. He contacted the customers to reduce the territory loss, thus retaining the accounts each month.

Marcello Pompa worked on increasing the territory accounts by asking the current customers any business partners the cleaning services, if required. He set up a monthly and weekly contact as much as possible to each customer in an attempt to reduce the customer service complaint calls.

Pertaining to his education credentials, Marcello completed his high school from Malden High School. Further, he completed his graduation from University of Massachusetts Boston. In his leisure time, Marcello loves to play soccer and taking care of his family. He loves American Soccer and is a huge supporter of the Pirates Team.
