SINGAPORE, 1 July 2025 – VisionTech Pte Ltd (“VISION”), a Singapore-based generative AI company, is proud to announce a strategic partnership with FSBM Holdings Berhad (“FSBM”), through its wholly-owned subsidiary FSBM I-Design Sdn. Bhd. (“FSBM I-Design”). This partnership, following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) on 16 January 2025, marks a significant milestone in VisionTech’s commitment to driving AI-powered digital transformation in Malaysia.

As part of this collaboration, VisionTech will focus on advancing its Generative AI technology to create solutions specifically tailored to address the unique challenges faced by industries in Malaysia’s target markets. By enhancing its existing AI capabilities, VisionTech aims to help local businesses unlock opportunities and drive innovation in line with the needs of the Malaysian market.

Under this partnership, FSBM I-Design will take on key responsibilities such as sales and customer management, marketing and promotional initiatives, technical support, training, and market development strategies to drive the adoption of VisionTech’s generative AI technologies across various sectors.

Both companies will work together to identify new opportunities and formulate go-to-market strategies tailored to different industries and customer segments. FSBM I-Design will manage the sales lifecycle, including lead generation, product presentations, customer onboarding, and deal closure, while VisionTech will provide sales tools, technical resources, and knowledge-sharing to ensure successful customer engagement and seamless AI adoption.

Marketing and branding efforts will be jointly executed, with both parties collaborating on campaigns, promotional events, and digital outreach to raise awareness and generate demand for AI solutions. FSBM has already launched its marketing strategy with the successful “FSBM’s GEN AI FORUM 2025,” which took place this morning and attracted over 80 senior leaders and technology specialists representing around 50 different companies across various industries.

As part of the long-term vision for the partnership, the companies will explore further strategic opportunities if FSBM I-Design meets or exceeds its performance targets ahead of schedule. This may include discussions on forming a Joint Venture (“JV”) in Malaysia to enhance the local market presence and deliver integrated technology solutions. The collaboration may also expand to include the development of new AI-driven solutions and technology projects leveraging both companies' strengths.
