Founded in the year 1971 by the ingenious Late S. Gurdev Singh Matharoo, the first unit group of M.B. Exports Limited since its inception has been one of the leading groups to manufacture plant and machinery suitable for water storage units, such as barrels, tin containers, drums, etc. With its exceptional quality of products, the group has managed to hold big sway over the market and since then, it is not surprising indeed that it is incessantly expanding its business units and ventures. For more effective operations, the group introduced a new product in the year 1978 – Silence Muffler Manufacturing Plant – to upgrade all the machineries into semi-automatic hydraulic pneumatic machines, in compliance with MARUTI-SUZUKI, MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA, EICHER, HINDUSTAN, TATA, G.M., FORD, etc. as their Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
To expand and improve on its production portfolio, the company group with the latest cutting edge technologies and the continual R&D has been able to make an addition of testing equipment’s and precision machineries in the line of production. Significantly, now the company group offers to its indigenous as well as foreign clients, more than 1,500 different engineering products of global excellence. The exemplary boom in performance, steady development and expansion of the group combined with the dynamic team of professionals into the fold of management led to the formation of M.B. Exports Limited in the year 1998.
Then the company, M.B. Exports Limited, also received ISO9001-2000 DLIQ Certification in 2003 to produce dewatering system viz. Hose Couplings and Pipe Fittings varying from 2’’ to 12’’ for four different types of coupling, invariably called Quick Coupling. These are M-Type Coupling, B-Type Coupling, E-Type Coupling and L-Type Coupling. Apart from that, Construction Handling Equipments, such as Anchor Plats, Pipe Stands, Biz, etc. were also manufactured during this period. High precision, reliability, flexibility, customization and last but not the least, quality – these lay the major groundwork for the success of the company group. The success of their business lies in the vision to create “multi disciplinary working environments, ultra-modern manufacturing facilities, innovation, stringent quality control systems as per ISO guidelines, pollution free environment and Customer satisfaction.” Having received acknowledgment as a “ONE STAR EXPORT HOUSE” in April 2006 from the Government of India, the M.B. Exports Limited made a big leap in the manufacturing trade.
The group has now created two new units – one for the production of Lay Flat PVC Pipes to render customized products to match up to the global market requirements; and the other for Tractor attachments like Trolleys and Rotary Tillers. In 2008, the company also started manufacturing Vacuum Piston Pumps in alliance with M/s Apex Emirates General Trading, U.A.E. to make stronger the business of Dewatering Coupling Systems.
