People prefer to use Australian-made artificial grass goods. In our perspective, they outperform all but the most extravagantly expensive competing goods, and at a very reasonable price.
Dealers and Melbourne Turf Supplies installers must be recognised for their grassroots efforts on a local and regional level in assisting to build momentum and global adoption of landscape and leisure sports projects into residential and commercial property markets.
Long hours, goodwill, and money invested in niche marketing activities have caught customers' attention and delivered things to local marketplaces, establishing the foundation for the continuous horizontal expansion you are experiencing now. If current trends continue, the landscape and leisure sports market share will double in less than three years, opening up new potential for both existing and new market partners.
If you don't have a pure Artificial Grass lawn, you may require more attention and upkeep than what is suggested here.
Weeds
If your artificial turf was expertly placed, weeds should never be an issue. A robust anti-weed membrane will have been laid beneath the turf to prevent falling seeds from reaching the soil below and any underground growth from piercing the turf.
Leaves/rubbish
To sweep leaves and light debris from your synthetic lawn, all you'll need is a vigorous brush or a leaf blower. Both of these items should be available at your neighbourhood garden centre.
Dirt/soil
Your artificial turf can become dirty or soiled in a variety of ways, but most common soiling can be hosed off or allowed until the next rain, which should be sufficient to clean your grass. For sanitary reasons, you should hose off the grass used for frequent sporting activities (astro turf) on a regular basis, but no other maintenance is required.
Animal faeces
Urine from pets and animals is easily removed with a hose. The area should be hosed off once solid rubbish has been removed manually. Animal waste will not stain or harm your artificial grass in any way.
Drainage
Drainage should never be an issue because your artificial grass was almost certainly pre-perforated and installed on a prepared surface. It will never become muddy, even if there is a lot of foot activity.
Flattening
Artificial grass that has been trampled or flattened is a possibility. This is only a cosmetic issue that can be remedied by sweeping it upright or, for a more long-term remedy, filling it with dry sand. Although the latter is usually done by a professional installer, it is quite easy to 'do it yourself.'
Discolouration/fading
Any modern, high-quality artificial grass is quite resistant to fading, therefore this should never be a problem. The vivid colour of your lawn should not be affected by UV rays, pet urine, or common pollutants.
