New Delhi, India (11 October, 2021)- A locally owned, New Delhi based individual is launching a campaign to spread awareness about the various mental health issues effective 1 November 2021. Campaign officials are expected to create awareness by speaking to psychologists about tackling the issues regarding mental health and focusing on harm reduction that comes with it.
The aim of this campaign is to make people aware of the problems that cause an uneasy and discomforting mental states that people regardless of age or gender might find themselves in. Exploring a wide variety of issues that range from depression to suicidal thoughts and everything in between that contributes towards ill mental health of an individual.
The organisers of the campaign have already organised a podcast where they talk about their personal experiences if battling their share of mental health issues and have expressed their thoughts about battling the situation.
This podcast is an attempt to attract like minded individuals who relate to the cause and wish to participate in it in any way, shape or form.
