Application

MC-300 comes prepacked in spray bottles with a nozzle. Apply thin films in short time frames at around 70 degrees Fahrenheit. It dries fast in cool/cold air and takes long in warm air. One gallon of MC-300 will cover up to 1000 square feet surface.

With application of several light coats, you will be done in about 2 to 12 hours.

Bulk product application works best with the HVLP method.

Maintenance

MC-300 is easy to maintain and the surface is easily washable with cold water. It has little maintenance because it sits permanently for the MC-300 Non-Flammable Rust Inhibitor or temporarily for the MC-300. The latter can be removed by running hot pressure through it.

Being dielectric, MC-300 sprays are safe to use on electronics and is very effective in shutting down electrolysis when in different metals.
