American Airlines is trying to silence me please get the word out if you believe in protecting black women and girls. American Airlines baggage handlers (a man and A woman. The ladie’s name is Jessie Gabriel, she even tried to hit me twice with a long thick stick there was also a man, who’s an unknown assailant did the above mentioned) put hands on me and threw piping hot coffee at me that burned me on my right foot in front of my daughter and an elderly gentleman. The unknown assailant also jumped on my back and pulled me backwards while holding me so tightly that my arms and legs were frailing in the air hence why I ended up in physical therapy for three months; with a muscle spasm in both my upper and lower back. I experience shoulder and neck pain as well. We actually won in the lower court but 2 days before the settlement agreement meeting it was canceled so clearly Judge David Gandin at the Ulster County Supreme Court Is a corrupt judge that was Bought and paid for by American Airlines! He NOW belongs to them. NOT the people he serves. Therefore, i’m asking the public to please help me raise $500 (CashApp $NardibSound or $HairbyNardia) so that I Nardia Bennett Esquire can continue to hold them accountable in the New York State appellate court. A video called American Airlines you suck went viral on Facebook 4 going on 5 years ago with 1,000,000+ views due to this they got upset and said I made them look bad and denied us to fly from Miami to New York on our way home from Jamaica, so we had to take a bus three days north in other to get home. It took us a total of 3 days to reach home. This all started over a pair of jeans I was wearing that was against their supposed dress code policy which I had no idea about my cousin also robbed me of $800 when I shouldn’t have given her no more than $500 for the buddy pass I was going to Jamaica for her wedding and had to spend hundreds of dollars before even leaving the states and hundreds of dollars in Jamaica while visiting for her wedding and this is the thanks I get being overcharged and treated like human excrement; even your own family can do you dirty watch out. I am currently Pro Se and have been fighting this case on my own for the past four going on five years now and have also been footing the bill, the man hours and the drafting the paperwork and showing up to court both virtually and in person whenever needed. I’m asking that the public help me to hold American Airlines and Queens Convenience the delivery company accountable for their actions on July 18-22, 2018; because, if I ever went to an airport and behaved the way they came to my house behaving I would’ve just been coming home from my 3 to 5 year federal prison sentence. So, I think we should also hold the bar just as high if NOT higher for American Airlines so that my daughter and I can finally receive the justice we so deserve and desire.

I have video proof of Jessie Gabriel holding the stick she tried to hit me with twice. I was also referred to physical therapy by two different doctors. I also have a video of the coffee, once it’s thrown at me and landed on the asphalt.
