Client WOW Manager Khlzie Llaneta has completed the Admin Help Center within the virtual office to assist clients’ administrators in becoming acquainted with the platform. The Help Center also provides references in addressing common training concerns outside of NaXum’s working hours. The Help Center serves as a passive support system, providing our clients with the knowledge and skills they need to excel. The Help Center covers Support, Marketing, & Autoresponders.

On another note, a new Laravel API Project and database for the BlessUP app endpoint was successfully launched with MobApp Jovanie Beñola at its helm. Beñola implemented the following APIs as part of the development process: account creation, login, logout, password reset code sending, and password reset. These APIs have been seamlessly integrated into the BlessUP app, improving its usability and security. The login process is also now functional in the BlessUP Player.
