About NiFT

NiFT, which stands for Not Impossible For Thee, is a one-stop engineering company dedicated
to the materialization of seemingly impossible projects. Launched in mid 2021, NiFT recently
celebrated its two year anniversary and with the goal of constantly improving and producing the
latest in technology, it has had the opportunity to display its abilities in multiple up and coming
industries including the AV and EV space.

From the beginning, NiFT tasked itself with building an autonomous shuttle within 100 days. The
purpose of this shuttle was to revolutionize how inter-city transportation is conducted and allow
for a more cost effective and space efficient method. Upon the successful completion of this
project, it was entered into the Detroit Autorama, winning first in its category. NiFT also worked
alongside another company vehicle, the gas to electric conversion of an Infinity EQ 60.

NiFT continues to work hard to innovate and perform above the standard having worked with
other companies on projects such as last-mile delivery services, hybrid electric vehicles, flying
