With headquarters in Colombia, Conconcreto’s Miami office will operate as the general contractor and investment partner for the 37-single family homes project. Conconcreto will oversee all aspects of the construction phase including, but not limited to quality control, cost management, permits, as well as liaise between the developer Century Royal Homes LLC. and the subcontractors.

Century Royal Homes of South Dade are available in 6 different models: Four one-story and two, two-story homes that were designed by Century, which has over 40 home models offered across 21 active communities throughout South Florida. To date, almost 70 percent of the homes at Royal Homes of South Dade have been sold. The total sales volume of the project is over $22 million with completion estimated by May 2023.

The Conconcreto Miami office offers full design services incorporating architecture, design, and engineering as well as function as general contractor for its clients, in Florida, to provide total integration for each project -- From concept to completion.
