PCCTI Complaints Are Always Addressed Promptly

This press release was written to inform the readers that PCCTI complaints are always addressed promptly.

PCCTI is a reputed healthcare school that has been providing clinical education to aspiring nursing students for the past sixteen years. Apart from exciting programs, abundance of cutting-edge resources, and excellent faculty, there are several other factors that have contributed towards making PCCTI one of the best nursing schools in the country.

For instance, they have hired highly qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced officials to address students' complaints. They have a “Director of Nursing for Administration”, who is responsible for reviewing all operational and administrative complaints; a “Director of Faculty and Curriculum Development” for reviewing academic grievances; and a “campus manager” for reviewing as well as processing reports. These officials make sure to handle each of the students' complaints in a professional manner.

All PCCTI complaints are addressed promptly, usually within thirty days. If necessary, a written response is given to the student, who files the complaint. The matter is then accurately documented and recorded in respective student's files and treated as “confidential” as per PCCTI's policy on information privacy.

Although the school has experienced officials to deal with students' complaints, prospective students are encouraged whenever possible to discuss and resolve the issue directly with the person(s) concerned. If necessary, the Office Manager calls the appropriate personnel, who can facilitate the discussion. The personnel called by the manager depends on the nature of the complaint. For instance, if the complaint is regarding tuition fee collection, the finance adviser is called in.
