Laugh Your Lungs Out – Signature Style
Laughing’s also got a signature style. You remember people sometimes as they have a distinct laughing style. Following are some of the most common one. Read them laughing but don’t fall off the chair.

Slight upturning of the corners of the mouth and you SMIRK. Smirk stylishly at the guy you just beat in chess. He is floored.

A little more noticeable than a smirk, silent and sometimes reveals a little of your front teeth you brushed so hard this morning. SMILE a little at that unknown girl standing in the corner of the party room. She might befriend you.

Draw back your lips a little to reveal your upper and lower teeth and your eyes narrow a little and you are wearing a GRIN. Just grin at your mom when she asks you what the hell happened to the chocolate cake she baked last evening.

You have a hard time controlling yourself when you see your uncle’s pot belly peeking out of his shirt. And it comes out, not the belly dude, the laughter. You try your best to suppress it but give in and you SNICKER. It’s the first one of its class to produce a sound.

You GIGGLE as you couldn’t stop yourself from burping at the dinner table. Everyone gives you a disgusting look and shakes their head but you are amused like hell. And your giggling is usually accompanied by a silly “hihi..hihi..hihi”

Ask your mom and dad what they did when they saw you walking as a little cutipie baby for the first time, and they must surely have CHUCKLED. CHUCKLE is quite and soft but full of amusement and satisfaction

You grandpa might have CHORTLED, with his chest heaving as you did your silly imitation of him. CHORTLE is deep and makes your chest bulge

Remember your neighbourhood auntie’s crazy daughter- she CACKLED with her mouth open, sounding like a hen who just laid an egg. CACKLE makes your whole body shake and it will have you in splits as well

Now, think of the demon king, the epitome of pure evil, our own “Raavan”. He GUFFAWED, with his mouth open, thumping his thighs and making a loud “HUhahah..hahah” sound when he caught Lord Hanuman just before having his tail set on fire. Don’t GUFFAW too much as you risk swallowing a fly or two.
