Partner Visa Australia subclass 100,309,801,820

An eligible Australian citizen/permanent resident/New Zealand citizen can sponsor you as your spouse or common-law partner (same-sex or heterosexual). You will go through a two-stage process: temporary residence and application for permanent residence. You can bring your dependent child to Australia with you on this application. You can even get the permanent partner visa for Australia even if your relationship has broken down in some situations such as family violence or if you have a child in common with your sponsor.
Once you obtain the Permanent Resident visa, you will get all the benefits of a Permanent Resident (such as social security, staying indefinitely in Australia, sponsoring your family visa for Australia…).
