Interested in going to summer camp or somewhere special for a school trip? Let's face it, the average summer camp with hiking, canoeing, and other activities are educating and fun but there are also others ways to enjoy summer without having to travel far and spend so much on summer camp fees. Theme parks like Adventureland Amusement Park are always a great option for everyone especially for school summer programs, summer camps, day camps, field trips, and youth organizations. Our last group trip was Adventureland at Farmingdale, NY and my camp visits Adventureland several times each year because of the travel convenience, entertainment value, and great group accomodations.

The convenient and close location of Adventureland in Long Island, NY (less than 30 minutes away) plays a big role for why we visit so frequently. It makes it very easy for summer camps and day camps to come for a day trip and get home the same day and there are plenty of fun rides and attractions to keep everyone entertained, including indoor and outdoor amusement park games and video arcade games. Visiting Adventureland as a camp group, we were able to save time and extra money by booking our group tickets online in advance.

Summer camps definitely help children develop friendships, learn new skills, and take on new challenges. It also helps children improve their social skills and self-esteem. A trip to Adventureland further enriches and reinforces these qualities as well.
