Upcoming “Prepstone” Community Fitness Event

Prepstone is a charity organization that its main three objectives are: To uplift, to empower and to educate their members. Prepstone wants to achieve these objectives through their study system, a semi-automated tutoring plat form and more importantly through support/ donation by diligent professionals that are well committed to ensuring the progress of Prepston’s members. Prepstone strongly believe that by the actualization of its objectives, it will make a difference in the community, with the use of new ideas for solutions and combined measures of success.

Prepstone provokes and inspires children to do more in order to enhance their lives through its programs and resources designed to breach the barriers that prevents individuals especially youths from achieving their full potentials through its numerous strategies.

Through one of the Prepstone’s programs known as Global Fitness and Development (also known as PrepFIt), Prepstone provides activities to help stimulate an environment of high energy, fun and learning, designed for any individual. Through PrepFit program, Prepstone wants youths to do more of the meaningful activities like physical exercises than waste their precious times in unproductive activities like watching home videos, engage in unnecessary internet activities, etc, during which they consume a higher dosage of junk food than nutritious meals which the consequences include but not limited to: obesity, high plod pressure, diabetes, depression, malnutrition and so on.
