[Southport, 01/31/2017] – RAM Training Services offers Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) courses in Brisbane. As a Registered Training Organisation in South East Queensland, it provides fully accredited training by qualified and experienced instructors.
A Requirement in the Service Industry
An OLGR-approved RSA certificate is mandatory for individuals in the service industry. It is also a requirement for individuals handling the supply of alcoholic beverages. As such, venue managers and the staff and security of bars need RSA certification for employment.
In addition to the RSA certification, venue managers, licensees and nominees need to hold a Responsible Management of Licensed Venues certificate.
A Monthly Offered Course
RAM Training Services, being a Registered Training Organisation, offers RSA course training on a monthly basis. It teaches the necessary skills for individuals to comply with the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation as well as other related legal responsibilities.
The course runs for a total of 4 hours in just 1 day. Moreover, it has no pre-requisites, although a Grade 10-level of English reading and writing is advisable.
Meanwhile, training is available in South Port on the Gold Coast, Clontarf, north of Brisbane and in the West End. Group bookings are also available across Queensland.
