Eureeca Signs Up PBS (DIFC) as Preferred Partner

Dubai (UAE): Eureeca, the first global crowdinvesting platform where small to medium sized businesses can raise funding from the crowd in exchange for equity, has signed up PB Solutions as preferred partner to help Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) structure crowdinvesting campaigns.

A UK based company with a branch office in DIFC, Peninsula Business Solutions will help SMEs looking to set up crowdinvesting campaigns with business structuring, business formation, business solutions, shareholder agreements and term sheets.
