The agreement was formalized between representatives of Ocean Network Express (Europe) Ltd.
and Mr. Mohamed Elhazel, CEO of ETIHAD Transport Maritime Shipping Company. This
collaboration leverages ETIHAD's deep understanding of the Libyan market, extensive network of
contacts within the local shipping industry, and their proven track record of providing high-quality
