Software firm takes legal action due to stolen IP and code.

Vero Beach, FL – March 12, 2025 – Push Button Inc. has initiated legal action against UCapital24.com and its representative, Gianmaria Feleppa, for failure to fulfill their contractual obligations under a signed sales agreement. The lawsuit, to be filed in the state of Florida, seeks to resolve the ongoing dispute regarding outstanding obligations related to the transfer of a CRM platform.

Under the agreement, Push Button Inc. provided UCapital24.com with full access to the CRM platform’s source code and completed the necessary setup. Despite fulfilling all contractual terms, UCapital24.com has yet to meet its final obligations. Repeated attempts to resolve the matter amicably have been unsuccessful, leaving Push Button Inc. with no choice but to pursue legal action.

"We entered into this agreement in good faith and upheld our commitments," said Gus Skarlis, President at Push Button Inc. "Unfortunately, the other party has not done the same, forcing us to take legal steps to protect our business interests."

Push Button Inc. remains committed to ensuring fair business practices and will take all necessary measures to uphold contractual agreements.
