Alan Faustino is a talented and experienced doctor with several years of experience in the medical sector. Alan was born in Houston, Texas and studied medicine on his way to becoming a successful physician. Growing up as a Hispanic kid, Alan faced several challenges and trials, especially with racism and physical conflict. From a young age, he witnessed violence on the street and always wanted to move out and get a better life. As the only child in the family, his parents played an important role in modeling his character. They encouraged him to keep pressing on and pursue his dreams. His parents also taught him never to quit and give up, but to stand up no matter what the situation and keep pushing ahead.

Faustino grew up with an active imagination that helped him be successful in school and college. He started playing the guitar at an early age but decided to pursue a career in medicine rather than in music. Alan Faustino studied at Radford University and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Chemistry. He went on to pursue his studies at Eastern Virginia Medical School and became a doctor. His dream was that one day he would be in a position to help people of all races and cultures, and through determination and hard work he achieved his dream.

Achieving his dream of becoming a doctor was just not sufficient for Alan because he set his sights higher and founded two companies, NextEMR, and NJR Healthcare. As an entrepreneur, Alan found investors and raised the capital to start his company NextEMR. The company provides web-based electronic medical records and practice management solutions for the healthcare industry.

Faustino is looking forward to getting an MBA in finance and entering the business side of the healthcare industry. He plans to run a healthcare information technology company that would offer innovative solutions to doctors.
