Kristal Singletary devotes her free time to helping those in need and serving her community. She works for non-profits like the Alzheimer's Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, Relay for Life, Breast Cancer Research, and Second Harvest Food Bank. She understands that helping the community in which she lives is the most rewarding work she could possibly do.

Kristal Singletary is an extremely educated Information Technology Business Manager highly successful in the business world. Her educational background is extensive which includes her Associate degree in applied science in 2000 from the Center for Degreed Studies in Scranton, Pennsylvania, her Bachelor of Science in business accounting in 2002 from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona, and she is currently in pursuit of her Masters degree in business administration from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is presently the Information Technology Business Manager for Richmond County within the Georgia State Government. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources as of 2003. She received her certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Despite her successful career in business management, the work Kristal Singletary is proudest of is within the philanthropic realm. One honorable institution she serves is called Second Harvest Food Bank. Their mission is to alleviate child hunger and better nourish the kids who can't receive a healthy and balanced diet on a regular basis. Not able to provide for themselves, kids are often sent to school and expected to perform well without a breakfast, and often, not enough money to buy lunch. Second Harvest Food Bank provides children in school the food that they need to stay alert, focused, and concentrated. In many areas, kids are too malnourished to stay concentrated during class time; this makes it extremely difficult for the children to pass with the marks required, and even harder for the teacher to hold the students' attention. Currently, Second Harvest Food Bank has provided food to hundreds of thousands of grade school kids year round.


Kristal Singletary believes it is her duty to provide for the community in which she is a part. Not only is her normal job to provide for the community on a financial level while helping to maintain a stable state government, she also serves the community for free.
