Since being admitted to the California Bar Association in May 1974, Lee Sacks has become one of the most experienced business attorneys in the state. Lee Sacks is also an experienced negotiator and litigator who experience in practicing law goes back to his years as an attorney in New York. Over his long legal career, Lee Stacks represented many clients, and has earned the reputation of being an attorney who cares for his clients.

Lee Sacks is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 1966. He went on to the Albany Law School at Union University, graduated in 1969, and gained admittance to the New York Bar Association. Lee Sacks practiced law in New York for the next five years.

In 1974 Lee Sacks moved to California, and began working for the law firm of Mazirow, Schneider, Forer & Lawrence in Beverly Hills. He opened his own firm in 1976. Since then Lee Sacks has been engaged in the practice of business and entertainment law, corporate and transactional law, and litigation. He was the Senior Partner of Sacks & Zweig, located in Santa Monica, California. At present he is President and Partner at the Law Offices of Lee Sacks, A Professional Corporation, located in Malibu, California.

As an attorney with many years of experience, Lee Sacks was selected to serve as Judge Pro Tempore in the Beverly Hills Municipal Court and the Santa Monica and Los Angeles Civil Courts. He has done this for ten years. A Judge Pro Tempore is someone assigned to perform the duties of a judge on a temporary basis, and has all power of a regularly appointed judge. Lee Sacks has served as an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, and as a Mediator in numerous entertainment and business litigations.

For more than forty years, Lee Sacks has represented entertainment and business companies. He has been production counsel for numerous independent films.

Lee Sacks lives with his wife in Malibu, California, where he is an active member of the community.
