Russell Sergent is the owner of four successful businesses in Illinois. He started his first business just out of high school and named it Pro-Source Distributors. It offers janitorial supplies such as paper, chemicals, cleaning supplies and more to over 500 companies in Illinois and in Wisconsin. He strives to offer fair prices and promises to save his clients at least 20% on all of their janitorial supply needs. He believe that owning a small business with a low overhead allows him to keep his prices low and help his customers get the products they need at the cheapest price possible. He strives to help his customers with all of their needs and to keep them happy.

Russell Sergent is also the owner of a Quiznos sandwich shop, a snowmobile supply store called Pro-Source Xtreme and a running shoe store called Fleet Feet Sports. His interest in snowmobiles is what inspired him to open Pro-Source Xtreme and he decided to open a Quiznos because of his desire to try something new and challenging.  He prefers to be involved with all of his companies and although he recently moved to Milwaukee to focus on the shoe store, he is still very much involved with the day to day operations of his three other stores.  

When he isn't working, you can find Russell training for triathlons. He is a running enthusiast and has participated in numerous marathons and triathlons. After his first he became hooked and makes it a point to do several each year. He also helps other people prepare for triathlons. He is a certified level one triathlon coach and works with many people to get them ready for the events of their choice.

Russell Sergent enjoys staying in shape and being active and has a variety of other interests aside from running and competing in triathlons. He often plays racquetball and enjoys riding snowmobiles. He considers himself very lucky to be able to own so many successful companies that relate to the hobbies and industries he is interested in. He hopes to inspire other people to follow their dreams and push themselves.
