“I love the sport of body building,” Tyson Palardy recently said. “I believe that my participation in the sport of body building is one of the major contributing factors to the fact that I look and feel so young.”

Tyson Palardy is quick to point out that he is “far from an expert” in the sport of body building. However, Tyson Palardy has trained for and competed in enough body building competitions that he has developed a reputation for himself as something of an expert in the amateur practice of body building.

“When I first took up the sport,” Tyson Palardy said, “I had no idea that it would open up so many doors for me. However, now that I am in, I have no intention of ever stopping the practice of this amazing sport.” Finally, Tyson Palardy says that he has every intention of continuing to live in the state of New Hampshire for the duration of his career and life.
