Billy Johns has been honored for undeterred service in the field of real estate by several institutions and organizations. He received the title, “Mortgage Broker of the Year” three years in a row by Mortgage Finance Funding, Inc. Around the same time, he was recognized by Citibank for selling the most real estate mortgages in Florida three consecutive years as well, from 1989 to 1991. He has been a member of the Florida Real Estate Association for 23 years, a member of the National Exchanger Association for 8 years, and a member of the National Timber Land Owners Association for 2 years, illustrating his diverse skill set and willingness to pursue new avenues of work to better serve his clientele. 

Billy Johns grew up in Florida where he was born to a loving mother and father. He was raised Christian, instilling solid moral values in him at a young age. He played soccer, baseball, and football as a young man and in high school was part of the National Honor Society. He received a scholarship to West Virginia State to play football after high school, but would go to work for his father in construction. He became a real estate agent in 1985, a real estate broker in 1986, a mortgage broker in 1987, and finally began managing trust properties and conducting real estate exchanges in 1990, which is his current line of work.
