Mark Remley has a list of tips for show business success.

Success has always been the name of the game for Mark Remley. He had great success as a businessman starting and growing new businesses and was a respected figure in the San Diego Community. After trying his hand at show business, Mark Remley discovered there were different rules he had to follow during this game. After navigating the world of show business and professional horsemanship, Mark Remley decided to make it easier for others to follow in his footsteps.

Mark Remley’s tips for producing a successful show are simple and basic, but they are commonly forgotten by longtime businessmen and women. A few of the tips have been explained here as well as on Mark Remley’s list.

Variety and diversity are important. Mark Remley recognized this when planning Valitar and deciding how many horses he would need for the show. The number came out to 55 horses of distinct breeds. The different breeds allow for different sizes, shapes, and colors of horses, making for a more visually exciting show.

Mark Remley soon learned from watching other horse shows that talent is vital. When traveling the world, Mark Remley searched for acrobats and contortionists that could perform all of the necessary routines and maneuvers. Mark Remley then went a step further, looking for those performers for whom their work was an absolute pleasure and the idea of entitlement or self-importance is foreign. Mark Remley learned from veterans that the best performers are those who work with their coworkers as a team.

Having the right trainers for the horses is perhaps one of the most important aspects of a horse show, for without the trainers the horses will be undisciplined and unable to perform. Mark Remley talked with countless trainers looking for the ones who best meshed with all aspects of the show he was trying to produce.

Another factor that Mark Remley discovered was the importance of having a proper venue. The facility in which the show is held must be large enough to comfortably accommodate all viewers. For his production of Valitar, Mark Remley obtained a Big Top tent that covered 45,000 square feet.

There are several other tips mentioned in Mark’s list of tips for show business success, and they have proven helpful in Mark Remley’s rise to success.
