Ricardo Oscar Keith is proud of the fact that he earned his professional certification from the Heavy Equipment Operator School of Idaho, where the industrious 23-year-old learned to operate many types of earth-moving equipment.

Ricardo Oscar Keith successfully completed two rigorous training courses at HEOSI, and is now professionally qualified to operate a range of heavy construction equipment. This includes loaders, bulldozers, graders, and scrapers.

Keith is a hard-working young man, and this characteristic that is serving him well in his adult life. Like other students there, he spent most of his time at the Heavy Equipment Operator School of Idaho in hands-on training. He benefitted from his contacts with the school’s staff of seasoned professionals, learning to operate heavy equipment with an emphasis on best practices and safety standards.

Ricardo Oscar Keith enjoys a well-earned reputation for trustworthiness. He began developing healthy habits and valuable personal traits early in life. This was encouraged and expanded on, in part, by his participation in team sports. He led his club soccer teams to state championships several times. Later he grew into a skilled high school wrestler. He finished in third place in state competitions one year, placed second in district competition another year, and in 2007, was an important member of his high school’s state championship team.

The Heavy Equipment Operator School of Idaho, located in Boise, is a leader in heavy equipment operation instruction. The school has consistently produced certified operators like Ricardo Oscar Keith, and says there is an ever-growing demand for qualified professionals. Like other HEOSI students, Keith was impressed with the expert instruction he received. The majority of the training at HEOSI is done in the field. But the HEOSI program also includes instruction in engineering, applied math, and volume computations, providing its students with a thorough grounding in the operation of heavy equipment.

At a young age, Ricardo Oscar Keith revealed a flair for the artistic by winning an art contest in elementary school. But he got where he is today by good old-fashioned hard work. He is justifiably proud of his certification in the operation of heavy equipment.
