7th April, 2022, Mumbai, India: Qween is a Mumbai-based startup that brings together women who are at different stages of their career. QWEEN helps connect mentors, peers and opportunities to women who desire to start or restart their careers. The platform was launched in 2015 as a brainchild of three enthusiastic women – Neha Shah, Niti Jain and Deval Shah, who wanted to make a difference to society in general and women in particular.
Over the years, Qween or Quirky Women Empowerment and Experiences Network has become India's leading online women's career platform, which is providing flexible, work-from-home jobs, training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to women. The interactive networking platform also focuses on educating, inspiring, upskilling, and connecting like-minded women with mentors, business partners, and work-from-home opportunities.
The mission of Qween is to provide training and development opportunities to women, creating a crowdsourcing network readily available to be used to fulfill both long term and short term projects and job requirements by ensuring a symbiotic relationship between women and corporations and facilitating small businesses.
The long term vision of Qween is to be the most preferred networking platform for women to help them cooperate, collaborate, nurture and grow together and to bring them closer to achieving their true potential by encouraging work-from-home as well as flexible job opportunities with Industry and Corporate Sector, thereby contributing to Skill India Mission of Government of India.

Over the last few years Qween has had more than 1,00,000 users registered on their website. QWEEN has helped in training more than 15,000 women in the vocations of their choice, and this upskilling has helped generate 1500 independent entrepreneurs successfully running their own ventures.

Their target for the next 3 years is to ensure the network grows at least 10 fold. As they rightly put it - “We removed “U” in the ‘QUEEN’ and instead put “WE”. QWEEN is what all of us are about, and we will ensure we are in it together for every woman seeking her own identity”.
