STRAFFORD, MO

The TCA (Truckload Carriers Association) has announced its 2024 Elevate TCA Young Leadership Program inductees, including Wilson Logistics’ very own Tyler Smith.

The Elevate TCA Young Leadership program was designed to mentor the leaders of tomorrow by offering young professionals the opportunity to learn from each other as well as from leaders in their field. The goal is to help them further their trucking knowledge while strengthening their current and future career mobility.

This year’s group was selected from a very competitive field. They will be formally introduced at the TCA’s Annual Convention, March twenty-third through twenty-sixth in Nashville, Tennessee. Members of the TCA Young Leadership program will meet in person at TCA events. They will also meet virtually for a half dozen meetings throughout 2024.

Wilson Logistics is extremely proud of Tyler Smith, who faced strong competition to be named alongside fourteen other inductees. Smith is currently a Maintenance Manager at the company and looks forward to serving in TCA’s Young Leadership Program both to help others and to learn more himself.
